Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only in cases of incorrect or spoiled food deliveries. Customers must raise refund requests within 24 hours of order receipt. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon verification. Cancellations made after food preparation has started will not be eligible for a refund. Partial refunds may be provided in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Saatvik Aahar.
